Principal & Founder, Doug Bardin, has nearly 20 years of experience as a leader in the construction industry. Doug's journey took him from the US Military Academy at West Point to JBLM and Afghanistan as an Army Engineer officer, where he learned to lead a team. Later, as he rose through the ranks of Project Management at HITT Contracti
Principal & Founder, Doug Bardin, has nearly 20 years of experience as a leader in the construction industry. Doug's journey took him from the US Military Academy at West Point to JBLM and Afghanistan as an Army Engineer officer, where he learned to lead a team. Later, as he rose through the ranks of Project Management at HITT Contracting, he learned to be a proficient and professional builder. Next, he combined these skills while opening HITT's Seattle office in 2016, helping the national firm to grow into the Pacific Northwest. Now, he's excited to lead the team at DHC and to hone these skills he has learned to execute on every project and to incorporate professionalism and hospitality at key moments along the way.
