Preconstruction
The success of any project lies in the focus given to the preconstruction effort. Preconstruction at DHC involves activities that allow us to get to know one another, as well as the project at hand. Schedule is always critical for our clients and we can only build as quickly as we can procure key materials; an open and honest review of the procurement log, highlighting key early-release items allows for prioritization of efforts. Finally, the DHC team will always present a risk register highlighting key risk mitigation activities in order to further align the overall team, prior to construction kickoff.
Project Management
From our unique Day 1 Kickoff Walk with clients and stakeholders, through our training sessions complete with QR codes ready for users of the space to launch into virtual training on new equipment, our team's focus is on your project. Construction Project Management is not a new industry, but we take a unique approach to execution of the mission; your project. Whether we're renovating a kitchen in your office or we're building your new high-tech client experience center, we are selective in the projects we build and the clients we work with so that we can give you best in class service and direct engagement with Principal leadership at DHC throughout the process.
Design-Build & Assist
Over the past decade, our team has experienced a variety of different project types, from traditional Design-Bid-Build to Design-Assist and Design-Build efforts. Here in the Pacific Northwest the vast majority of our Corporate Interiors projects are set up as MEP Design-Build, while we see a wide array of Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build opportunities in the public market. We are prepared to take whatever approach best suits the project timeline, client needs and contracting mechanism.
